About the Job
Job Goals
- Design and deliver brand tracking programs that provide actionable insights.
- Translate client business challenges into tailored research solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring quality and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support strategic growth.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance capability and performance.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional and multi-geography teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of research outputs that meet client expectations.
Ideal Skills and Capabilities
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in market research, brand strategy, or consulting.
- Proven ability to manage multi-market research programs.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills to present insights effectively.
- Expertise in quantitative research methodologies; experience with advanced analytics is a plus.
- Bilingual English; fluent French is an advantage.
