Otis Finance is seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to serve as the main liaison between regional Sales & Marketing teams and cross-functional leads as well as the Global Sales & Marketing and Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

  • Partner with the EMEA Sales & Marketing Team to support daily execution and development of pricing strategies.

  • Engage in or lead weekly management processes to accelerate pricing results.

  • Conduct market research to understand competitive pricing and market trends.

  • Analyze pricing data and develop pricing models.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams.

  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions.

  • Ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives.

  • Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on sales and profitability.

  • Prepare pricing reports and dashboards for management review.

  • Identify opportunities for pricing optimization and cost reduction.

  • Maintain pricing databases and ensure data accuracy.

  • Conduct pricing audits and compliance checks.

  • Develop and maintain pricing policies and procedures.

  • Provide pricing support for new product launches.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pricing.

  • Work with IT to develop and maintain pricing tools and systems.

  • Assist in the development of promotional pricing strategies.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of discount and rebate programs.

  • Support the finance team with pricing-related financial analysis.

  • Conduct Segment and Share assessments in collaboration with OU sales leads.

  • Support leadership presentations and ad-hoc sales operations requests (e.g., BEX R/MOD, new product releases, price committees, Investment Board (MPM), QBRs, other sales initiatives, and workshops).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, finance, or a related role.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Qlik).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience with pricing models and strategies.

  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.

  • Understanding of financial statements and metrics.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Experience in the industry relevant to the company's products/services.

  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
