Job Description
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Report to the Senior Director of Program Transformation.
- The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of key digital software programs that drive the Aviv transformation forward.
- The transformation is complex and far-reaching so you will be expected to manage the program & several work streams depending on the circumstances.
- Help product and technology leaders manage their organization through metrics and business data.
- Help the product and tech leadership focus on delivering value to the business by removing obstacles and accelerating value creation.
- Engage with product & engineering managers on day-to-day basis to remove impediments, identify risks, plan mitigation strategies, refine roadmap and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Drive transparency by communicating progress, decisions, policy, and processes by leading briefings, presenting and documenting.
- Work closely with COE, to optimize the delivery and prepare for the next cycle.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings toward clear and actionable outcomes.
- While driving your project and or program, you identify challenges in Aviv’s way of working and actively drive improvements of process and data.
- Provide mentoring and support to colleagues who lack program or project management experience.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOU:
- Significant experience in program/project management with a track record of delivering medium to high-complexity software programs and projects in the e-commerce field.
- Drawing upon your past immersion of working in an agile environment focus on delivering software projects effectively and efficiently and know how to boost cross-functional teams and projects.
- Ability to apply high-quality project management standards and evolve them.
- Excellent communication skills, should be able to lead big group steering meetings. Ensure focussed discussions and present status to top management.
- Understanding of business requirements and can break down the bigger task into manageable parts and sequences to deliver the planned value.
- Comfortable working in a tech-driven environment.
- Comfortable working in JIRA/Confluence and can appreciate portfolio thinking.
