This role requires an internal product mindset: understanding employee needs, monitoring usage and license efficiency, supporting vendor and renewal processes, tracking product roadmaps, and helping drive training and enablement across the company. • Act with an internal product mindset by gathering employee feedback, understanding business needs, and helping improve how workplace tools are used across the company.

  • Monitor system usage, adoption trends, and license utilization to help ensure tools are being used effectively and efficiently.

  • Assist with vendor management, contract renewals, and licensing administration for key productivity platforms.

  • Track product roadmaps and evaluate new features, capabilities, and enhancements that could improve employee experience and productivity.

  • Identify opportunities to extend the value of workplace tools through workflow automation, integrations, and AI-enabled use cases.

  • Help create training, documentation, and enablement programs that support stronger adoption and more effective use of internal systems.

  • Partner with IT, security, operations, and business stakeholders to support scalable, well-governed, and user-friendly workplace tools.

  • Stay current on trends in workplace technology, AI-assisted productivity, and digital collaboration tools.
