- Drives execution of technology strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Actively manages the product portfolio ensuring compliance to company guidelines and alignment to roadmaps

- Proactively supports and operates solutions and takes measures to enhance processes and improve service delivery

- In depth knowledge of End User Computing technologies:
- End user operating environments (Windows, MacOS, mobile)
- Productivity tools (Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud)
- Systems management tools (SCCM, JAMF, WorkspaceOne, or InTune)
- Desktop Virtualization (Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, VMware Horizon, or Citrix)
- Endpoint Detection and Response (Crowdstrike, Microsoft Defender)
- Digital User Experience management
- Network configuration (firewall, proxy, virtual networks)
- In depth knowledge of concepts, procedures, and techniques for using and supporting End User Computing devices in an enterprise environment:
- Technology product lifecycle management, from cradle to grave
- Software Development Lifecycle management, from cradle to grave
- Endpoint automation
- Root cause analysis
- Vendor management
- Service management (incident/problem/change)
- Agile methodology and rituals
- Strong listening, reasoning, facilitation, and objection handling skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and possess excellent time management skills
- Effective communications with all levels of leadership, and proven record of successful projects, in partnership with business stakeholders
- Experience managing performance of technical resources
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in End User Computing, with at least 3 years as a lead or manager
- A four-year degree is preferred
- Experience in the financial industry is desired
Southern California Base Salary Range: $173,211-$277,138
San Antonio Base Salary Range: $142,394-$227,830
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
