Lead and execute digital warehousing projects focused on optimizing warehousing and logistics operations at P&G. Implementation of digital solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle for digital warehousing initiatives, from conceptualization and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, supply chain, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively developing solutions and contingency plans.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders regularly and effectively.
- Ensure adherence to P&G's IT project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new digital warehousing solutions.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in digital warehousing and logistics.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing Information Technology projects, specifically within the warehousing, logistics, or supply chain domain.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing digital solutions for warehouse optimization (e.g., WMS, WES, automation).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience working in a large, complex multinational organization is highly desirable.
- Understanding of P&G Warehousing Processes and Solutions is a plus
