The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager and Business Development (DX Project PM and BizDev) to drive our digital transformation initiatives and uncover new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software development principles, enabling them to effectively manage projects and enhance business processes through technology.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Project Management:

Manage digital transformation projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Create and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives on schedule and within budget.

Track and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that arise.

Apply project management best practices and methodologies to achieve successful project outcomes.


2. Business Development:

Identify and explore new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Develop business cases for new initiatives, including market analysis and financial forecasting.

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to support business growth.

Work with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for expanding market presence.


3. Digital Transformation:

Evaluate existing business processes and technology systems to identify areas for improvement and digital innovation.

Lead the adoption of new digital tools and technologies to boost efficiency and enhance customer experiences.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend solutions that enhance business performance.


4. Stakeholder Management:

Communicate project status, updates, and key findings to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, review progress, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.


5. Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Analyze project performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing projects, preferably in digital transformation or technology projects.

Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies, including the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.

Demonstrated success in business development, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

Strong understanding of digital technologies, business processes, and industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results.

Preferred Skills:


Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of digital transformation challenges and solutions specific to the industry.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and CRM systems.
