Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT consultant to join our digital touch points team as part of our global IT/digital organization. You will be responsible for managing various digital touchpoint capabilities, including web content und customer experience management, email marketing, website analytics and domain management.

Your contribution to something big: 

  • Implement and govern various IT capabilities;
  • Develop and configure the tool chain in close cooperation with internal customers, Bosch corporate IT and 3rd party vendors to match the business requirements;
  • Understand the foundation of various digital touchpoint technologies and be the go-to person for technical issues;
  • Consult internal customers regarding digital touchpoint capabilities to achieve the best implementation strategy optimizing cost and performance;
  • Coach internal customers how to use each tool in the best way;
  • Drive standardization and synergies in a growing business segment.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field;
  • Experience: Familiar with domain registration, DNS management, and website hosting. Capable of troubleshooting domain-related issues and ensuring smooth operation of online properties;
  • Knowledge: Proven experience in digital touchpoint tools such as email marketing, website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), CX tools (e.g., Qualtrics) and content marketing tools;
  • Languages: Excellent English language skills;
  • Personality: Strong analytical mindset, good communication, ability to work independently and problem-solving skills.
