Role Overview:
This Digital Territory Account Manager is responsible for managing the non-named territory business through digital/inside sales of F5 solutions by effectively upselling and cross-selling into existing accounts and hunting for new business through F5’s direct and channel partner resources.

This is a quota-carrying sales role managing the Korea territory market, based out of Singapore, with travel to Korea required on a quarterly basis, if needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect into the existing installed base and new business directly and through channel partners to expand F5’s market in the Korea territory.

  • Engage effectively with different buying personas within accounts, including DevOps, NetOps, SecOps, and CXO-level executives.

  • Effectively sell F5’s solutions from end to end of the sales cycle by qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Plan and execute a strategic partner engagement plan jointly with the Channels team to drive territory pipeline from partners.

  • Collaborate with the BDRs to drive direct pipeline creation for the target account list.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasting in SFDC by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process.

  • Be responsible for upholding F5’s Business Code of Ethics and promptly reporting any violations of the Code or other company policies.

What You’ll Bring:

  • BS/BA degree preferred

  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in the high-tech/SaaS solution vendor space

  • Experience with using MEDDPIC, Challenger, or SPIN sales methodologies

  • Strong ability to effectively prioritize workload, develop and lead pipeline, and forecasting

  • Independent, resourceful, and with a growth mindset

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SFDC, and Clari is a plus

  • Proficiency in the use of corporate productivity tools (email, chat, web presentation), with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous experience with technology companies selling SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, Artificial Intelligence, or Cybersecurity is a plus

  • Good Korean communicator requires experience to manage the Korean market and communicate with our Korean enterprise customers and native internal stakeholders
