Job Description SummaryAbout This Role
GE Vernova's manufacturing operations run on the strength of the technology behind them. As the Digital Technology (DT) Site Leader in Pensacola, you will be the person who brings that technology to life on the plant floor — owning the digital strategy, leading the execution roadmap, and making sure the systems that keep production moving are reliable, secure, and continuously improving.
This is a visible, high-impact role. You will sit at the intersection of site operations and enterprise technology, translating global DT priorities into tangible outcomes for the Pensacola manufacturing operation. You will also provide DT leadership for other GE Vernova businesses and functions operating on the Pensacola campus, requiring a collaborative, enterprise-wide mindset across multiple stakeholder groups.
If you want to see the direct results of your work — on a factory floor, in real time — this is that opportunity.

Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary Digital Technology representative on the site leadership team, owning the site digital strategy and deployment roadmap aligned with global DT priorities.
  • Lead local project management and execution of DT initiatives, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing execution systems (MES), shopfloor digital tools, and operational technology (OT) solutions.
  • Ensure the availability, reliability, and continuity of business-critical IT and OT systems, managing day-to-day operations, incident response, and escalations.
  • Partner with site leadership to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity metrics through continuous improvement and simplification initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, IT governance, regulatory requirements, and GE Vernova standards across all site DT activities.
  • Provide DT leadership and coordination for other GE Vernova businesses operating on the Pensacola campus, identifying opportunities to standardize processes, technologies, and support models across shared facilities.
  • Represent Pensacola campus DT needs in regional and global planning forums, communicating project status, risks, key performance indicators (KPIs), and resource requirements to stakeholders at all levels.
