JOB PURPOSE
As Senior Manager for Digital & Technology Business Enablement in North America, you will be the general manager of key technology initiatives in NA. You will lead the program management, prioritization, deployment, and adoption of essential digital products and technologies across the region. You will act as a strategic advisor to key business functions, ensuring their goals are met with digital solutions that accelerate Unilever’s growth. Collaborating with Global Product and Data Foundations teams, you will ensure technology products are tailored to the North American market and deliver value across all Business Units— including Foods, Personal Care, Beauty & Wellness, and Home Care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage critical product/technology initiatives for North America, with accountability for success
Advocate for user-centric design, continuous improvement, and successful change management to maximize business value and ensure digital product adoption
Drive forward the technology (digital product) needs for North America by aligning to business goals and daily operations. Oversee North America technology requirements gathering and validation
Bring teams and stakeholders together to prioritize, build, deploy, and measure benefits from critical technology. Define scope, goals, and timelines with stakeholders.
Partner with senior stakeholders to gather input and communicate progress.
Represent North America technology needs in global product planning, ensuring local requirements and features are addressed. Collaborate with global product teams or third-party vendors on product builds.
Manage technology vendor relationships if needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in management consulting, product management, or technology strategy/deployment. 5+ years of relevant experience
1+ years of people management experience
Digital expertise – experience with digital (e.g. Data, AI, systems) projects / products / programs. Experience with analytics/insight products
Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and executive level communications
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. High emotional intelligence
Track record of developing exceptional talent and teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters degree in business, computer science, math or related field
- Experience in FMCG, CPG, retail
- Knowledge of agile
Pay: The pay range for this position is $115,680 to $173,520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
