Job purpose:
With your expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain & Production, you will be part of a centrally managed, ambitious, and professional IT team (7 people) responsible for the management and support of IT infrastructure, IT applications, and challenging IT projects across a total of 8 production and sales locations within McCain Appetizers (Van Geloven, McCain Appetizers Europe). The IT landscape is currently undergoing a transformative transition, with a well-filled roadmap for the coming years in a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- SAP S/4HANA Rollout Participation: Actively engage in the S/4HANA rollout, assuming IT ownership of your assigned functional areas. From onboarding till closure of the SAP project at McCain Appetizers Europe, you will act as the crucial link between internal users, the IT team, and external IT partners.
- IT ownership: Your focus will be on the areas of P2P (Procure to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), F2W/IBP (Production), and I2O (Logistics). You will drive initiatives towards the business, maintaining close contact with various key users and business process leads at our locations.
- Requirement Gathering & Translation: Gather & identify business requirements, analyze underlying needs, and translate them into clear technical specifications in collaboration with external IT partners.
- Continuous Improvement: After project closure, your scope will be extended to support all 8 sites together with our cross-functional team. You thrive on continuous improvement and ensure follow-up and resolution of changes and incidents related to the IT applications within your area of responsibility and functional management.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's level of education in Information Management, Computer Science, IT-related process training, or equivalent through experience.
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the management and development of SAP ECC or S/4HANA, IT applications, and business analysis.
Knowledge
- Knowledge and experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA in management, change, and implementation processes is required.
- In-depth knowledge of and customizing experience with multiple SAP ECC or S/4HANA modules such as MM, PP, PP/DS, EWM, and SD.
- Knowledge of business processes within a production and logistics environment.
- Knowledge of interfacing (EDI, Printing).
- Experience in the food sector is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL.
- Experience using ITSM tools (Topdesk is a plus).
- Good knowledge of Office 365.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills and accustomed to engaging with stakeholders at various levels, with a connecting personality.
- Strong sense of responsibility, a proactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented attitude with a hands-on mentality.
- Ability to persuade, plan, and remain resilient under pressure.
- Languages: You are proficient in English & Dutch (written and spoken).
