Job Description:
As the Digital Technologies Project / Program Manager – Value Leadership at Mars Wrigley North America, you will lead strategic IT initiatives that drive operational excellence, sustainability, and consumer trust. This role centers on managing complex digital projects that support Mars’s Value Leadership principles—minimizing non-quality costs through waste avoidance and maximizing profitability.
A key focus will be partnering with manufacturing teams to implement the NAC (Non-Artificial Coloring) solution, reflecting Mars’s dedication to a confectionery portfolio free from artificial colors and rich in natural, high-quality ingredients. This involves introducing new equipment into factories, conducting rigorous security reviews, and collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Enterprise Network Services teams to ensure secure, scalable connectivity across all sites. Your leadership will enable seamless integration of innovative technologies, supporting Mars’s digital transformation across marketing, sales, and supply chain functions while reinforcing our commitment to transparency, quality, and consumer trust.
What are we looking for?- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (minimum educational requirement)
- Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in IT project or program management, preferably at a T2-I level or equivalent
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Value Leadership principles and how to apply them in project delivery is highly desirable
- Nice-to-have: Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Nice-to-have: Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects and programs that support Mars Wrigley North America’s Value Leadership objectives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes aligned with Value Leadership goals
- Drive adoption of new digital solutions and support change management initiatives to maximize business value

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the below range, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay & general allowances (depending on the position and employee’s work schedule). Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable policies and plans then in effect, and depending on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule), eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan, are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents and may be eligible to take up to 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Employees will also receive the following paid-time off (which may be prorated based on start date and the employee’s work schedule): 120 hours of vacation per year, paid sick time for eligible Associates of 100% pay continuation for a maximum of 40 hours per calendar year, and 12 paid holidays (equal to 96 paid holiday hours) throughout the calendar year that include both fixed and flexible holidays.
Base Salary Range: $100,129.00 - $137,750.00 USD
