Driven by digital disruption, the pharmaceutical business is going through a process of dynamic change in this perspective. Actively controlling and managing this process is one of the main responsibilities of local companies to further develop the business successfully. Ferring has picked up this development centrally by establishing the “Ferring Going Digital” initiative. Local implementation and adaptation of digital initiatives is key to ensure that positive business impact is maximized. The local approach, combined with regional and global synergy and sharing of ideas, will ensure that maximum benefit is gained from this highly operational and critical position for change.

Your day at Ferring 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address customer needs and influence points throughout their decision journey in digital business areas, ensuring integration into business activities.

  • Develop and implement multi-platform solutions for customers, focusing on selected channels based on insights into customer’s needs and decision journey.

  • Systematically select and prioritize opportunities for each product and identify external innovation sources for implementing short- and long-term digital solutions.

  • Support change management efforts by deploying new work methods and technologies, and act as a consultant to local stakeholders on the value of digital initiatives.

  • Act as a trainer for digital initiatives in local and regional organizations.

  • Track defined KPIs and develop performance management tools across digital channels, measuring and monitoring the business impact of digital activities.

  • Ensure digital strategies are integrated with CRM to provide a 360° customer view, enabling precise, results-driven omnichannel campaign planning and execution.

  • Ensure successful transfer of local findings and initiatives within the region, maximizing cross-fertilization with global digital functions and the "Ferring Going Digital" initiative for business impact.

Behind our innovation… There’s you 

  • Appropriate university education. Master's degree in marketing or MBA from a relevant business school is a plus.

  • Relevant operational experience in marketing, sales, IT.

  • Proven experience in digital excellence (functional and technical), ideally in a healthcare environment

  • Experience in a multinational environment is preferred

  • Proficient in English and Spanish

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
