Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a remote Digital Solutions Business Analyst for our Conshohocken, PA office. The position is flexible and can be located near any of AECOM's offices. Responsibilities for this position will include:
- Coordinating and leading EHS software implementation and enhancement projects within North America and globally using Cority EMS, GX2, and WeSustain
- Providing strategic advice to AECOM clients on their EHS programs, especially with a software lens.
- Mentoring junior staff in EHS software implementation best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar +6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- 6+ years working in digital EHS solutions with progressive responsibility
- Expert-level implementation capability in Cority EMS, GX2, and WeSustain
- Cross-functional capabilities such as database design, process automation, dashboarding, GIS
- Due to the nature of work, US Citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Cority implementation
- Industrial Hygiene experience
- Project management experience
- Experience calculating air emissions
- Experience in EHS digital platforms such as Enablon, ETQ Reliance, Intelex
- Working knowledge of Office 365 solutions such as PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI

Skills Required
