The Opportunity
P&G is hiring a Digital Security Leader to serve as the trusted cybersecurity authority at the site. The DSL will lead and represent all aspects of Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Application Governance.
In addition, they will work on the digital team to execute digital enhancements at the site. Their expertise will be essential in protecting our operations from potential information security incidents and ensuring that our facilities run smoothly and efficiently. Their role is to reduce risks and eliminate losses that could hinder a site’s ability to prevent, detect, and respond to information security incidents, ultimately ensuring the site’s ability to ship. This individual is responsible for the maintenance of the warehouse management system, and other compliance systems (including the WCSs). This individual will partner with the Site Leadership Team and Operations to continue to drive out technical losses and maintain compliance of systems.
Daily execution of cyber operations for the site
Leading digital projects with the site Digital Leader
Owns cybersecurity incident response for the site: First point of contact for site information security incident response, initiate the response process, and contribute to the Technical Information Security Leader and Business Information Security Leader's ownership of the response team.
Owns compliance for all devices (EVP, whitelisting, operating systems management), technology, and application registrations
Policy and Standards compliance & ongoing maintenance
Owns value protections “digital safety” for the site and driving the cybersecurity culture and capability of the site.
Executes IT and OT Asset Management
Accountable for Governance Digital Systems Toolkit (IT Asset Management, Operating System Management)
Actively participate in the available Cybersecurity Leader Community of Practices to bring back best practices, enhance site cybersecurity action plan and share for reapplication.
Actively participate in the available Application Governance Community of Practices to bring back best practices, enhance site application action plan and share for reapplication.
Proactively lead development, enrollment, and execution of the site cybersecurity action plan that feeds the site digital master plan.
Serve as contributor to the site’s governance, risk, and compliance.
Job Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information/Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related fields OR 4+ years of relevant cyber security experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead key safety systems that others can follow and achieve the desired results.
- Willingness to learn and grow mastery in all digital systems/WMSs
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite including data analytics tools (SQL & Power BI)
- Background or previous experience with both WMS & WCSs
- Leadership – demonstrated ability to be a ‘visible leader’ to enable an organization to continue creating a cyber security safety focus culture. Ability to lead, influence, and work effectively with all levels in the organization. Demonstrated ability to establish a vision and move a team to achieve.
- Communication – demonstrate ability to communicate the work to the organization’s leadership, as well as documenting processes.
- Database Knowledge
- Has a can-do attitude, successfully manages multiple priorities, can operate under pressure, can internally assess risk, and knows when to ask for help.
- Ability to work onsite in Jackson, GA five days per week.
Preferred:
- Prior warehousing/manufacturing work process experience
- Successful completion of a formal Programming Language course (i.e., MSSQL, PHP, C, C++, Python)
- Successful Completion of one of the following: Windows Server formal Training, CCNA certification, or Linux Administration Training
- Ability to communicate complex technical problem statements concisely and effectively
