Neogen is seeking a Digital Sales Specialist Manager to help drive revenue growth through software sales, digital customer engagement, and data-informed selling. In this mid-level individual contributor role, you will accelerate adoption of Neogen's digital Environmental Monitoring application, manage CRM-driven sales activity, and identify growth opportunities across assigned accounts and territories.
This role partners closely with Marketing, Product, Commercial Operations, and Field Sales to deliver a consistent, consultative, and customer-focused digital sales experience.
- Execute digital sales strategies aligned with commercial objectives, including pipeline generation, account expansion, renewals support, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Own sales activity for an assigned geographic territory and enterprise accounts within that territory, using digital channels to engage customers and advance opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing to convert campaign engagement, digital demand, and qualified leads into measurable revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Field Sales, Product, and Commercial Operations on account coverage, deal strategy, product launches, pricing, sales enablement, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM records, including opportunity updates, forecasting inputs, account activity, and pipeline reporting.
- Use sales analytics, CRM insights, and customer engagement data to identify trends, risks, whitespace opportunities, and areas for improved sales execution.
- Apply a consultative, value-based sales approach to understand customer needs, position digital solutions, and support adoption of Neogen's Environmental Monitoring application.
- Help resolve customer questions or escalations by coordinating appropriate internal resources and maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Represent the voice of the customer in digital sales strategy discussions, product feedback loops, and go-to-market planning.
