What you'll do:
- Sell digital advertising solutions to agencies and direct advertisers across Poland.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients and performance agencies, securing new business opportunities.
- Drive and close new business deals while managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with both our services and digital advertising products.
- Work hand-in-hand with Client Solutions Managers to deliver value and strategic support to advertisers and agencies.
- Gather and relay client feedback to product and service teams to improve performance and offerings.
- Represent Aleph at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, positioning yourself as a trusted partner in the market.
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to negotiating, closing, onboarding, and invoicing.
What you need for this role:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and client acquisition within the digital advertising or media industry.
- Demonstrated experience in winning new business and hitting sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Polish digital advertising landscape and existing connections within agencies and advertisers.
- Experience in negotiating deals, pitching to clients, and presenting at industry events.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills in both Polish and English.
- Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Confident, dynamic, and motivated personality, capable of driving business conversations at all levels.
