We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About you:
You’ll join a team that’s already performing well — and help take it further. You’re someone who enjoys leading from the front, balancing your own sales target while supporting others to succeed. You keep things simple for customers, focus on outcomes, and bring a calm, commercial approach to performance.
You care about building strong relationships — both with your team and your customers. You understand the pressures in care and want to help providers deliver better outcomes through the right technology. Most importantly, you create an environment where people can do their best work without feeling overwhelmed or micromanaged.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers — helping them stay focused, confident and consistent.
• Own your own sales target while supporting the team to deliver accurate forecasts and strong revenue performance.
• Build relationships with a range of care providers — including domiciliary, residential and supported living organisations, as well as local authority and NHS (National Health Service) commissioned services.
• Spot and grow opportunities within existing customers through cross-sell and upsell, while identifying selected new business opportunities.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience leading a sales team while staying hands-on with your own deals.
• A background in business-to-business software sales, ideally within care, health or other regulated sectors.
• Confidence using data to understand performance and guide decisions.
• An understanding of the challenges care providers face, such as Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliance, workforce pressures and digital change.
