The position / About the Job:
Owning the local digital strategy and channels. Responsible for the development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of the long-term digital strategy and short-term activation across all digital channels to ensure brand positioning and business generation. Designs, execute and monitor digital activities coming from marketing plan to meet prioritized business needs. Lead for activating local online sales strategy to accelerate digital transformation.
- Be an individual contributor with a strategic mindset – be willing to do hands-on work while planning most effective digital interventions for business growth and customer experience
- Convert business goals and customer insights into omni-channel marketing plans, in collaboration with business, commercial excellence, content and strategic planning team members
- Be responsible for creating and tailoring compelling content for digital effectiveness, in collaboration with the content and communications team
- Be the cluster representative in the global digital marketing community – be the voice of region and collaborate with central teams to drive common goals
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues and through continuous testing and iteration, share growth hacks, digital marketing guidelines and best practices across the organization
- Design, plan, own and execute digital marketing activities across relevant digital channels based on marketing priorities
- Be the champion for sales and marketing automation in the cluster and drive adoption
- Consistently explore new or emerging MarTech trends, and platforms and proactively provide recommendations to management and stakeholders
- Provide thought leadership and drive full funnel digital marketing activities across the customer journey touchpoints - evaluate conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Measure and report performance of all digital activities, evaluate against KPIs, and optimize approach where needed
- Utilize strong analytical ability to identify trends and insights to optimize digital spends and performance
- Partner with local stakeholders to identify online sales target audience, product availability and user experience
- Drive online sales activity with other key local stakeholder and ensure alignment with global strategy
- Drive digitalization for channel partners

Experience/knowledge
- Engineering Graduate + MBA with minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing
- Experience with digital analytics, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, nurture campaigns, re-targeting, webinars, web optimization etc.
- Experience of working with CRM to understand marketing and sales funnel and design targeted digital campaigns
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Epi and Marketo, Sprinklr, design tools
