Job Description:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) South Africa is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Digital Sales Representative - Enterprise to drive sales and promote the full HPE portfolio to enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a professional with 2-3 years of IT sales experience and a passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions to meet enterprise client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the full HPE portfolio to enterprise clients across a variety of industries.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, leveraging digital tools and platforms to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their business challenges and aligning HPE solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay updated on HPE products, market trends, and the competitive landscape to provide clients with expert insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions tailored to enterprise clients.
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a focus on IT sales.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions and technology trends.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or within an enterprise sales environment is strongly preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Strong customer focus with a consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken).
