This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) South Africa is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Digital Sales Representative - Commercial to join our dynamic sales team. This role is dedicated to driving digital sales efforts within the commercial sector, delivering tailored IT solutions that address customer needs and challenges. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of IT sales experience, a strong understanding of the commercial market, and a results-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive digital sales within the commercial sector by promoting the full HPE portfolio to commercial clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business challenges and align HPE solutions to their needs.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical experts, to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Stay informed about HPE’s products, market trends, and competitive offerings in the commercial space.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Leverage digital tools and platforms to engage with clients and drive sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions using HPE’s CRM systems.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience, in IT sales within the commercial sector.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of commercial clients' needs and the technology landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken).
