As a Digital Project/Product Manager at Type B Digital, you will collaborate with team members to deliver innovative digital projects. Your role involves guiding clients through our unique process to create cutting-edge user experiences. You will understand and solve complex business problems while working closely with our User Experience (UX) Design, and Technology teams to brainstorm and implement impactful solutions.
Ownership & Product Lifecycle: Take extreme ownership of the full product lifecycle, applying engineering knowledge, startup‑style cadence, and adaptability across diverse roles while thriving in ambiguity. Take products from 0→1 or revamp underperforming ones by diagnosing adoption, retention, or workflow issues and leading the fix.
Digital Solutions & Client Partnership: Help design and implement tailored digital solutions for diverse clients across verticals. Scope and deliver custom websites from requirements through launch, working closely with clients to understand business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision.
Workshops & Business Insight: Lead user experience design thinking workshops with clients to foster collaboration and innovation. Collaborate with design and technology teams to interpret client goals and deliver elegant user experiences.
Research & Competitive Analysis: Gather insights on client business processes, success factors, and competitive positioning through interviews and research.
Cross‑Functional Leadership: Run cross‑functional pods (design, engineering, PM) day to day — coaching, unblocking, and ensuring speed and quality remain intact.c.
Project Management: Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
Thought Leadership: Stay informed about existing and emerging technology trends, contributing insights to the team.
Documentation: Structure presentations, proposals, and other collateral to effectively communicate project goals and outcomes.
Client Partnership: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision.
Product Development: Develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and functional specifications documentation.
Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver multi-platform applications.
Requirements
Experience: 4+ years as a Product Manager/Product Owner leading live, shipping products end‑to‑end beyond strategy or discovery with direct experience managing cross‑functional teams (design + engineering) to drive execution, quality, and speed.
Passion for User Experience: A strong interest in digital design and technology with a proven track record of client collaboration.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with comfort in public speaking, coupled with the ability to understand complexity and demonstrate ideas through visual prototypes. .
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex information effectively.
Self-Motivated: A proactive individual eager to excel both in a team environment and independently.
Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability in planning, directing teams, scoping projects, and contract writing.
Delivery Experience: Proven track record building products in Fintech, AI agents, and transportation solutions designed to make the world a better place. Experience in regulated or compliance‑sensitive domains such as fintech, real estate, and investment platforms. Exposure to AI/GenAI product work with practical delivery impact.
Technological Familiarity: Knowledge of current and emerging technologies relevant to digital project management, with experience scaling delivery across multiple regions and time zones.
Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills for working across functional teams while maintaining close partnerships with clients, ensuring alignment across geographies.
Proactive Problem‑Solving: Anticipate and address potential technical challenges by ensuring documentation and processes are actioned effectively, while adapting to compliance and regulatory requirements.
