carbonhouse, a division of AXS /AEG is a leading provider of venue, ticketing, and event-driven websites. The Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Manager to join our carbonhouse team in Charlotte, NC. In this role you will be responsible for the success of carbonhouse arts and venue client website projects from kick-off, design, development, deployment, and training of carbonhouse tools. You will be responsible for helping carbonhouse deliver website products and services that exceed client expectations. You will consult on client needs including incremental carbonhouse products to drive revenue.
What Will You Do?
- Responsible for the success of client website projects from kick-off, design, development, deployment, and training of Carbonhouse tools.
- Extensive interaction with other departments within the organization to ensure project scope needs are met, i.e. Business Development, , Design, and Product Management.
- Provide as-needed \ support to large list of clients that includes the world's biggest arts organizations and venues on a wide range of needs including website building projects, client training, and understanding client's additional needs ongoing.
- Provide client training on carbonhouse products and tools.
- Improve client success and satisfaction through quick and efficient client support.
- Staying informed of the client's industry/segment.
What Will You Bring?
- 2- 4 years of related experience of project management at a digital agency or technology company
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Strong project management and organization skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and creative solutions
- Strong writing skills including communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of project management tools including Trello, Basecamp, Asana,
- Experience with HTML and Content Management Systems
