About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Digital Project Manager with a strong track record in implementing and delivering digital engineering with digital, design, and construction of teams on large infrastructure projects.
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving a digital team to deliver projects while collaborating and/or managing design consultants, construction contractors/subcontractors, and other internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve influencing business and digital strategy across projects and functions to create value and an excellent advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and promote the use of Willow tools and technologies for distributed Digital Engineering teams across large infrastructure projects.
- Manage and report on the production of asset data for large infrastructure projects. Support the completions of asset and model database deliverables.
- Support the end-to-end implementation of technology for our existing and new customers. Promote the use of digital processes and technology for our clients to improve outcomes during the entire lifecycle of a project, through design, construction, handover, and operations.
- Coordinate and manage delivery team activities and members from other Willow offices. Accountable for the mentoring and leadership of the Digital Team that will be directly reporting to you.
- You may need to work with project teams in digital project activities: Digital Coordination, Federation, Clash detection, Model Quality (Geometrical and Asset Data), and Data extraction.
- Create strategies and tools to increase productivity while reducing risk in delivery.
- Build a deep understanding of product and solution architecture to support customer use cases, outcomes, and ROI.
- Identify and lead continuous improvements to drive increased value and effectiveness. Actively seek feedback from Clients and Project teams.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in AEC project delivery and BIM Management or IT/ Software as a Service (SaaS) platform implementation or Digital Consulting Management
- Can manage multiple complex delivery activities across large infrastructure projects
- Management of teams and upward communication of status, program and budget.
- Having strong technical aptitude, and previous hands-on experience with BIM, Design Technology, or Data Management is a plus but a non-stop desire to learn more and get deep into the work is a must
- Ability to manage and understand the BIM world – 3D modeling, Coordination, drawing production, etc.
- Experience with various software – Revit, Navisworks, Bentley, 12D, Civil 3D, Revizto – infrastructure tools, etc
- Have domain knowledge in at least one relevant subject matter area this role will touch on Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Rail, Facilities Management, Asset Management, or Operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train others. The aptitude to spearhead and communicate with a team is essential.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Bi software or other data analytics tools e.g. PowerBi
- Basic coding experience using Dynamo, PowerShell, Python, Power Automate, etc.
