Women in Trading 2025

The Women in Trading program is designed for forward-thinking students who love solving unique and complex problems. This program will be held on the 30th & 31st of January 2025, and is designed for women graduating in 2026 and beyond. This immersive experience offers a unique opportunity for participants to gain insight into the world of high-frequency trading and learn what traders do at IMC.
IMC is committed to encouraging and empowering female talent from all backgrounds to learn more about how their skills can be applied to a career in trading or engineering. If you have an academic background in Engineering, Maths, Physics, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Studies, Computer Science, or equivalent, then this 2-day program is for you.

During this 2-day immersive experience, you will:
