Location: Edinburgh or London, Hybrid.

In this position, you’ll be based in the Edinburgh or London office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. If you have a remote location recorded in Fusion this arrangement will continue to be honoured if you are successful in your application, provided that:

You’ll drive the development of robust business cases with clear, measurable outcomes, and lead end-to-end execution across business, operations, and technology to deliver impactful results.

With strong executive visibility, you’ll play a key role in translating strategy into action and ensuring our transformation agenda delivers a lasting impact.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Aligning the overall portfolio with the business’s strategic objectives

  • Ensuring the portfolio of projects and Value Streams deliver on their outcomes

  • Drive continuous improvements across the way we deliver end-to-end, across business, product, operations and technology

  • Own the way we deliver across programs, by embedding the delivery approach (e.g., Agile) and tooling


What will you bring to the role?  

You will be an experienced transformation leader with a proven ability to manage and deliver across a diverse portfolio of projects and value streams. This will include driving complex digital, regulatory, and 

growth-focused initiatives, ensuring they are strategically aligned and executed effectively. 

 

You’ll bring strong leadership and stakeholder skills, helping you cut through complexity, bring people together, and motivate teams to deliver real, business-critical results at scale.

 

Other key responsibilities include: 

 

  • End-to-end digital transformation of customer and client experience with new journeys and channels

    • Developing and launching new digital products for customers

    • Engaging with Business Leaders to support the development of business strategies, improvements in customer and client experience, meeting regulatory requirements and driving innovation

    • Work with technology and operations teams to introduce new ways of working and tools to accelerate the pace of delivery and improve quality. 

    • Working with the business to develop high-quality business cases with investment, benefits and outcomes

    • Manage the investment governance and approval process to ensure effective oversight of the program investment

Skills Required

  • Proven experience leading digital transformation programmes and portfolios
  • Ability to deliver end-to-end across business, product, operations and technology
  • Experience developing high-quality business cases with investment, benefits and outcomes
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience embedding Agile delivery approaches and supporting tooling
  • Experience managing investment governance and approval processes
  • Experience launching digital products and improving customer/client journeys and channels
  • Experience delivering complex digital, regulatory and growth-focused initiatives
  • Based in Edinburgh or London and able to be in the office a minimum of three days per week (hybrid)
