Key Responsibilities:
As a Digital Product Owner, you’ll:
Work with Digital Product Managers to shape and maintain product roadmaps
Turn customer feedback, business requests and issues into clear user stories
Prioritise and manage the product backlog to focus on what delivers the most value
Work closely with development teams to plan and deliver work in sprints
Collaborate with design teams to make sure features are simple, intuitive and aligned to design standards
Take part in agile ceremonies, making sure work stays on track and aligned to priorities
Make decisions and trade-offs to improve delivery and outcomes
Monitor progress and delivery performance, helping teams stay focused and efficient
Measure the impact of changes and show the value delivered
Share insights and successes with internal teams
Contribute to digital communities and ways of working across Bupa
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with digital products and puts the customer at the centre of what they do.
You’ll bring:
Experience in a Digital Product Owner, Business Analyst or Scrum Master role
Strong understanding of digital products, web technologies and trends
Confidence working in agile environments and managing backlogs
The ability to turn customer needs into clear, actionable requirements
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
The ability to think about the full customer journey and how different elements connect
Experience delivering measurable business outcomes
Experience working in a global or complex environment
