Position: Digital Product OwnerLocation: Basingstoke or Dorking with hybrid working
What will you bring?
We are looking for a Digital Product Owner to take ownership of one of our key digital platforms – UnumSync, UnumOnline or Help@Hand. You’ll lead the product backlog, drive delivery through Agile teams and shape the future of our digital customer experience.
This role will focus on our customer facing digital asset, Help@Hand, so experience as a Product Owner for applications within a consumer-focused environment would be a strong advantage.
What you’ll do
- Own and prioritise the product backlog and roadmap
- Act as the key decision maker for your product
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Proposition, Marketing and Operations
- Utilise date to translate customer needs into features and enhancements
- Lead Agile delivery, ensuring focus on value and customer outcomes
- Track KPIs and continuously improve performance
About you
- Experience delivering digital products in an Agile environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
- Customer-focused, proactive, and comfortable driving change
- Product Owner certification (PSPO/CSPO) desirable
