Job DescriptionAs a Digital Standing Team Lead in Inhouse Repair Management your core tasks & responsibilities will be:
► Accountable for the outcome of the respective project, product, or service in line with defined KPIs
► Act as key contact for the After Sales Business stakeholder
► Responsible for three Inhouse Repair Management solutions (led by respective Product Owners)
► Ensure end-to-end responsibility for customer requests and support delivery-focused processes
► Define and measure goals and KPIs; conduct lessons learned and implement improvement measures
► Manage team capacities and skillsets while maintaining balanced workload
► Develop and communicate team mission aligned with the overall Tribe mission
► Manage projects as needed
► Oversee budget planning, actuals, reporting, and negotiations
Qualifications► Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Economics or similar), with focus on IT
► Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Product Management, IT Project Management, IT implementations, After Sales and Repair Management, SAP
► Exceptional presentation skills
► Familiarity with Agile methodology
► Knowledge of JIRA or similar tracking tools
► Ability to work in cross-functional teams and international environments
► Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn
► Fluency in English
► Willingness to travel
