Unum UK are recruiting a Digital Product Owner who will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the proposition roadmap, delivering impactful digital solutions tailored to target customer segments while aligning with strategic objectives and growth ambitions.


In this role you will develop innovative digital propositions that enhance customer value, improve experience and engagement, and drive revenue growth. You will act as the Product Owner for key customer journeys, ensuring alignment with the overall vision and roadmap. In parallel with the digital ownership, you will support and partner with Proposition Managers to research, design, implement, and test key initiatives. 

You will be responsible for delivering a strategic roadmap, communicating KPIs, tracking benefits, and maintaining a prioritised backlog to maximise business value and ensure efficient development. 
We’re looking for a self-starter with excellent relationship-building, collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills. While a background in financial services is advantageous, it is not essential.
