About the area
This job is in the IKEA unit responsible for developing, delivering and managing the digital offering for IKEA retailers worldwide, Retail Operation Solution and Support (ROSS).
Core Business Retail Concept is assigned to protect, expand, and develop the IKEA Concept and the IKEA Brand in existing and new markets. This includes sharing IKEA knowledge and learning across the franchise system.
Retail Concept consists of the following four areas: Brand & Marketing, Expansion, Learning, and Retail Experience.

About you

You are a solid and passionate leader, who adapts well in a multicultural environment, thrives in a transforming environment and is comfortable with leading changes.

You can take a holistic, strategic approach, but also deep dive into details and do when needed.

You aim to create value with your team in an omnichannel environment and bring solid experience and knowledge from working with software development with a product-oriented approach.

At least 5 years of experience in the product management field in a delivery organization with a scaled agile and/or DevOps setup.

You have great communication and networking skills enabling you to build strong relations and trust with your peers and stakeholders.

You are fluent in written and spoken English, which is our organization language Travelling based on business needs might be necessary.
More specifically in this role, you will:

Be part of a great team leading the transformation of the IKEA digital retail offer.

Continuously refine a tangible and coherent product roadmap and metrics for your portfolio of products as part of the overall ROSS transformation roadmap.

Ensure that the delivery of outcomes meets objectives and customer needs, including overseeing and mitigating risks.

Always have the users of your products top of mind, ensuring that the solutions are cost efficient and support effective ways of working.

Be responsible for recruitment, competence development, performance management, retention, and succession plan for the team members.

Interact and collaborate within ROSS, and with stakeholders across IKEA and the different franchisees, to understand needs and synergies, secure buy-in and jointly create seamless experiences.

Additional Information
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) located in Malmö, Sweden. You will report to the Product Area Manager, Retail Operations Solution & Support, Retail Concept.
