Primary Responsibilities:
  • Define AI platform vision, roadmap, and strategic outcomes
  • Identify high-value AI use cases and platform opportunities
  • Prioritize investments based on business value and adoption
  • Build platform strategies that enable reusable AI capabilities
  • Create commercialization and ecosystem partnership strategies
  • Understand GenAI, LLMs, RAG, agents, embeddings, vector databases, model lifecycle management
  • Design reusable platform capabilities
  • Define APIs, services, shared assets, and product boundaries
  • Manage internal platform customers
  • Understand AI risk management
  • AI ethics and compliance
  • PHI, PII, HIPAA, security, and privacy considerations
  • Model explainability and human oversight frameworks
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including experience leading enterprise technology or platform products
  • 5+ years of experience delivering AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Data Platform solutions
  • Demonstrated experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes
  • Experience partnering with engineering, architecture, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver complex technology solutions
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, embeddings, vector databases, model evaluation, and prompt engineering
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proven excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executive audiences
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and drive alignment across cross-functional teams

Skills Required
