Job Summary:

You will drive revenue and efficiency gains by guiding and assisting internal and external customers in the development of best-in-class business technology solutions. You will boost internal and external customer satisfaction by coordinating the successful, continuous delivery of technology platforms. You will also maximize IT efficiency by managing the technical project roadmap to ensure a steady stream of “developer ready” projects.

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

  • Capture and organize business requirements and stakeholder ideas received through the intake process into a backlog of product features, enhancements, and project initiatives.
  • Lead requirements analysis by working closely with business stakeholders and development teams to identify and estimate feasibility, risks, dependencies, business impact, and resource needs for proposed technology solutions.
  • Maintain prioritized product roadmaps created from the product backlog and perform release planning to meet technology vision and business strategy.
  • Lead backlog grooming and deliver business requirements via artifacts such as epics, user stories, well-defined acceptance criteria, wireframe diagrams, process maps, etc.
  • Participate in the delivery process through attending the necessary meetings, conducting pre-release testing, demonstrating new features for business stakeholders, and gathering stakeholder feedback.
  • Develop functional application documentation & user guides.
  • Support IT leadership to implement and incorporate new technology platforms into the digital portfolio.

Travel

  • More than 10% of travel

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent, relevant work experience.
  • 1-3 years of applicable project management experience. May include military personnel who have been formerly trained or have relevant experience in lieu of civilian experience. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.  Must be able to engage in, and exchange communication with others in all situations.
  • Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple projects at once, adhering to deadlines.
  • Analytical, inquisitive, and innovative.
  • Self-driven and proactive in nature. Takes initiative to drive long term tasks & projects to completion.
  • Professional, collaborative. engaging, and outgoing.
  • Strategic “system thinker” capable of understanding and synthesizing business and technology concepts and processes from multiple perspectives.
  • Solid working knowledge of technology solutions as they apply to business process facilitation, improvement & automation.
  • PC proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Visio MS Project, and similar tools, etc.)

Pay: $59,526.88 - $72,153.79
