Lead and execute the company HR function: talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits, compliance, employee relations, workforce planning, HR metrics, and develop a small HR team while supporting business leaders and integrations.

Provide hands-on legal support for government contracting compliance (FAR/DFARS), assist compliance program execution, audits and reviews, training, responses to government inquiries, agreement review and risk-flagging, prepare guidance and documentation, and collaborate with business stakeholders and outside counsel.

Serve as primary contact for assigned Korea customers: manage communications, resolve system/ordering issues, process documentation (DD250), conduct site visits and surveys, support contracts, translate English↔Korean, coordinate with sourcing and quality, drive account growth, and travel regularly to customer/vendor locations.

Manage logistics and sourcing tasks including shipping/receiving, PO issuance and expediting, vendor coordination, base-pass/import/tariff applications, reporting, office supply management, mail and courier coordination, timesheet/expense support, and front-desk customer service.

Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts, support month-end and year-end close, produce internal financial statements and variance analysis, manage cash forecasting and bank reconciliations, prepare sales/use tax returns, reconcile inventory, support budgeting and audits, and oversee company travel program.

Serve as primary customer contact and liaison for government contracts; manage orders, quotes, deliveries, and service requests; educate customers on contract guidelines; proactively drive contract sales via outreach; monitor accounts for growth; collaborate internally and assist sourcing during high volume.

Drive sales and revenue growth across U.S. civilian federal agencies by developing relationships, negotiating Dealer of Record agreements, managing CRM records, coordinating internal teams and supply chain, and traveling (~50%) to military bases and industry events to generate leads and support customers.

Maintain AR/AP ledger integrity: apply payments, resolve billing discrepancies with government representatives, prepare government-compliant invoices (FARs/DFARS), run payment batches, perform three-way matching, reconcile vendor statements, process wire transfers, and generate AR reporting as needed while coordinating with operations and finance leadership.

Serve as primary customer contact and liaison for government contracts. Manage orders, quotes, deliveries, service requests, and issue resolution while monitoring accounts for growth. Collaborate internally, source incidental services, and support the sourcing team during high volume periods.
