Digital Producer
The Digital Producer plays a key role in delivering integrated, digital‑first marketing campaigns by coordinating workflows, managing resources, and supporting cross‑functional teams from concept to final delivery. This role balances creative problem‑solving with operational excellence, ensuring digital, social, and platform‑specific assets are produced efficiently, accurately, and on‑brand. The Digital Producer partners closely with creative, media, strategy, and account teams while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment. They oversee timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and day‑to‑day project tracking, helping the studio operate smoothly and driving innovative, insight‑led work across channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced digital environments, communicates clearly, and brings a calm, organized approach to managing multiple moving parts.
Responsibilities & Skills
Proactively oversee day‑to‑day production for fully integrated and digital‑first campaigns, ensuring efficient resourcing and smooth workflow across the studio team.
Collaborate closely with producers, creative, media, strategy, and account partners to deliver cohesive, insight‑driven work.
Communicate project requirements clearly and respectfully, ensuring all team members feel supported and informed.
Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams to monitor progress, remove blockers, and uphold delivery standards.
Build and manage project timelines, scopes, and budgets with transparency and accountability.
Provide timely, accurate reporting—using spreadsheet, project‑management, or digital workflow tools—to the Operations Manager.
Traffic digital, social, and cross‑platform assets, ensuring on‑spec delivery to internal teams, platforms, and external vendors.
Develop and nurture inclusive, collaborative relationships with internal teams, freelancers, and vendor partners.
Contribute to a positive and innovative studio culture by sharing ideas, championing digital best practices, and supporting new ways of working.
Required Experience
2–3 years in a production, digital project management, or integrated campaign operations role.
Strong background in overseeing digital advertising campaigns, including social, display, paid media, and platform‑specific formats.
Experience with print, video, motion, or experiential production is a strong asset.
Experience working on automotive, retail, or multicultural marketing (Hindi or Chinese‑language markets) is an asset.
Thrives in a fast‑paced, agile environment and adapts quickly to shifting priorities and budgets while maintaining momentum.
Strong analytical abilities, with an understanding of how creative outputs map to client goals and performance metrics.
Balanced problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate creative challenges from both strategic and production perspectives.

Fixed Term Contract
The salary range for this position is CAD $60k-$70k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
