Key Responsibilities:
As a Digital Process Engineer, you will lead operations into the future of manufacturing for multiple IT/OT workloads and interfaces, including Business Intelligence, Data, Transactional Systems, Automation Systems, and Web Applications. You will support P&G operational teams on their journey to the cloud by provisioning new resources and enabling business transformation. Acting as the Digital PE for your site, you will work with the Site GBS IT/OT Leader, IT Operations Manager and administer Value Creation within your area of responsibility, which may include partial or full site coverage.
Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with local Power, Controls, and Information Systems resources to support operations in their day to day work, interact with various PS functions such as IT leaders, Cybersecurity leaders for OT security, and engage with GBS functions like Regulatory Sector Operations to drive operational excellence and resiliency.
Responsibilities:
- Incident Management: Lead technical incidents to resolution and collaborate with relevant teams to address complex issues.
- Technical Mastery: Troubleshoot issues related to applications, computing, and networking.
- Change Management/Implementation: Oversee change management for projects in your site, ensuring quality execution of changes.
- Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and how to streamline tasks and data.
- End-to-End Digital for the Site: Oversee all Digital operations, ensuring alignment with site priorities and global GBS focus areas.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain tools to grow the business and streamline work process, troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
- Systemic Remediation of Digital Issues: Address Digital issues identified by policy, stewardship and make-pack-ship impacts.
- Digital Leader: Lead all things digital for the Operations and provide solid digital solutions to loss areas
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of one role with diverse experiences in IT operations is required.
- Demonstrated depth of applied IT skills on one IT job profile.
- Experience in teamwork while demonstrating cultural awareness and a willingness to share insights.
- Ability to define and lead the work necessary to shape team dynamics, organizational culture, or IT practices.
- Experience with complex systems and data acquisition.
