About the role
As a Digital Process Developer, you will play a key role in translating business and customer needs into clear actions. You will analyze business processes, define technical requirements, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure solutions are effectively implemented. Your work will involve bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on both sides.

Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science/other related field is preferred. However, a strong background in relevant work experience can replace formal education

A strong technical background and experience in a similar role

Experience in creating, preparing and working with test management and test planning

Experience in business and process requirement analysis

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical skills

Proactive attitude with a passion for solving complex problems.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal
