As a Digital PR Executive, you'll be at the heart of our Campaigns team, developing and executing high-impact digital PR campaigns for our top-tier brands.You'll transform data into compelling stories, secure coverage in national and industry publications, and build relationships with journalists and influencers. This is a role for a proactive and creative individual who is passionate about creating newsworthy content and getting it seen.
Our Team
The Brands team is responsible for growing the organic traffic of brands such as The Eco Experts, Expert Market, Startups, Tech.co and Website Builder Expert.The department consists of:
- Content team - responsible for creating and delivering a high-quality content strategy that meets organic traffic and conversion targets, and delivers a trusted and unique brand experience.
- Audience team - responsible for delivering audience development strategies that grow the reach and visibility of MVF's brands. The team comprises SEO and Campaigns (PR) teams.
- The Intelligence team - responsible for conducting in-depth research into key subject areas and target audiences, with the aim of building brand authority and trustworthiness as well as key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital PR campaigns from concept to completion.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify newsworthy angles, trends, and target journalists/publications.
- Assist in identifying news-worthy angles from large data resources.
- Support outreach efforts by building media lists, crafting compelling pitches, and establishing relationships with key journalists and influencers.
- Help create a variety of engaging content assets, including press releases, data-driven stories, and visual content.
- Monitor media for coverage, analyze campaign performance, and communicate key achievements and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including editorial, research, and design teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in a digital PR, public relations, or communications role.
- Strong understanding of the digital PR landscape and its importance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive press releases.
- Comfortable with large data sets.
- Proactive and creative mindset with a knack for identifying newsworthy stories.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with digital PR and media monitoring tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Cision, Gorkana).
