Job Description
As a Digital Player Development Executive, you play a key role in the development of new business and reactivation of players for the Caesars Sportsbook brand. Your responsibilities will include creating and targeting local events to drive inclusion in the VIP program, increase the database, drive share of wallet, and maximize net revenue. While you may receive some existing players, this role is a true hunter, self-motivated, results-driven, and motivated by the uncapped opportunities in front of them.
What you will do:

• Strengthen player loyalty with Caesars Sportsbook by creating a trusted VIP relationship and enhancing the VIP experience with all Caesars assets
• Drive new players to Caesars Sportsbook by creating and participating in opportunities on-property, and in-market to sell the benefits of Caesars Rewards
• Re-engage inactive players by introducing new assets, app features, and promotions
• Engage players in all aspects of the Caesars brand including digital, retail, brick-and-mortar properties, enterprise special events, and sports and hospitality partnerships
• Host VIP or other in-market events to engage players and nurture the VIP relationship at our properties, with our sports partnerships, or within the community
• Understand the nuances of the market by engaging gaming, hospitality, retail, and sports partners or potential partners in the region
• Drive key KPI's by focusing on profitable creation and retention of players
• Solicit and provide customer feedback to VIP Leadership, Marketing, Loyalty, and Operations team to continually improve our product and offerings to players
• Assumes all responsibilities for a smooth experience for VIP on the Digital App and with partners

What you bring to the role:

• Passion for being a true hunter, driving new players to the brand and generating business at a VIP level
• Demonstrated success in establishing VIP relationships, driving Net Profit to maximize margins
• Complete understanding of sports betting and ability to converse with players, traders, and others in the industry
• Strong desire to lead the pack in performance, having achieved top levels of production and recognition
• Ability to both work under guidance and with autonomy, understanding your role as an individual producer and one as a team member
• An understanding of analytics reporting and how to translate into action

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality, or equivalent work experience in Sales, Business Development, or Casino Marketing
• Skilled in MS Office, Salesforce/SMART, Digital Communications (Slack, Teams, Zoom, etc.), and Outlook
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales hunter position in gaming, iGaming, hospitality, casino marketing, or similar industries
• Established relationships with VVIP-level gamblers a plus

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• Must have manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephone/headset, cell phone, tablets, etc.
• Must be able to work in moderate to loud noise conditions.
• Must be able to make telephone calls, texts, and emails for extended periods (minimum 40+ calls/day).
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
• Must be able to work for long periods of time, under fluorescent lighting.
• Must be able to work at a desk, for most of the day, in a seated position.
• Must be able to spend most of the day working off computer monitors and operating a keyboard.
• Although most of the position will be spent seated at a desk, there will be occasions where the candidate must be able to remain on one's feet for long periods of time, and/or walk for long distances.
• Must be able to travel as needed.
