We are looking for a Digital Performance Analyst to lead digital performance insight across all platforms and customer touchpoints. The role is focused on using digital analytics and CRM data to shape decisions, prioritisation and investment, turning performance data into clear insight that improves customer experience and business outcomes, rather than simply reporting on activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively interpret performance across all digital platforms (web, email, app, etc.), using tools such as GA4, FullStory, Walnut, Qualtrics, and Power BI to identify insight, patterns and opportunities, not just trends.
- Integrate and interpret data from Salesforce CRM to build a joined up view of customer journeys and digital engagement, identifying where experience and outcomes can be improved.
- Develop dashboards and performance narratives aligned to Marketing Scorecard KPIs, clearly articulating what the data means, why it matters, and what actions should be taken.
- Take ownership of analytics tools and tracking capability, ensuring tagging and measurement are fit for purpose and support meaningful, decision-ready insight rather than exhaustive data collection.
- Champion a data-driven culture by challenging assumptions, improving data literacy, and helping teams use insight confidently when making decisions.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders and translate complex performance data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
- Proven ability to educate and upskill stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner who improve how teams understand apply digital performance insight.
- Demonstrable experience in digital analytics or performance analysis, with evidence of applying judgement, narrative and insight to influence outcomes rather than focusing solely on reporting accuracy.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, FullStory, Walnut, Qualtrics, Power BI, and Salesforce CRM.
- This role is not suited to candidates seeking a purely technical or reporting focused analytics position.
If you’re ready to make an impact, grow quickly and be part of something genuinely transformative, we’d love to hear from you.
