About the Job

You will be in charge of the delivery of various projects or programs for the scope of Digital People & Culture and People Services.

 

Responsibilities

·       Contribute to the scoping of the projects and programs.

·       Support/Lead RFP process to select external vendors (from bid defense to contracting),

·       Educate the team as well as the business when needed, in Scrum and Agile practices, as well as Waterfall (classical approach) depending on the project approach,

·       Lead the delivery of programs and projects under your responsibility, starting with planning, execution, up to the transition to run after go live, keeping appropriate level of quality, and respecting timelines & budget granted.

·       Manage the relationship with external vendors and other digital contributors (digital tech, digital risk advisory…) and monitor their delivery.

·       Ensure all is properly documented in Sanofi tools and standards (ex JIRA, Confluence, Xray, Qualipso, SN/PPM, P+…) according to the methodology.

·       Ensure appropriate transition to run.

·       Based on opportunities, the Program Manager can also act as Scrum Master for purely agile projects.

 

About You

Experience

·       Project experience as a consultant, developer or expert with hands-on delivery (3+ years)

·       Previous professional experience as project / program manager (+5 or more years in total), and as Scrum Master (would be a plus)

·       Experience in working in a global organization and delivering international projects.

·       Experience in working with various stakeholders from digital (cybersecurity, quality, digital tech, Agile COE, AIMS, ….) and from the business (People Services, People & Culture, Procurement …)

·       Experience in managing external and internal IT teams.

·       Experience in running scoping, vendors selection, and contracting

·       Experience with Sanofi internal processes (RFP, eBuy/Flext, Budget monitoring, ServiceNow, SCRUM, …)

 

Skills and Qualifications

·       Master / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Technology, Business Administration or related field preferred.

·       Professional certification in agile frameworks is preferred (eg PSM1)

·       Fluency in English is mandatory for this position; a second language would be a plus.

·       Knowledge of an agile framework or methods (Scrum, Kanban) as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices

·       Capacity to mobilize and manage teams transversally.

·       High level of Interpersonal/ communication skills with an ability to communicate and present at different levels of the organization.

·       Facilitation, situational awareness, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.

·       Strong delivery orientation - converting strategy and high-level plans into action to realize sustainable business value in line with commitments.

·       Hands-on

·       Change agent with strong problem-solving skills.

·       Capacity to learn fast.

·       Agility / Flexibility

 

Technology Skills

·       Good knowledge of HR tools (eg Workday, Cornerstone, …) and processes (HCM, Talent, Comp & Ben, …) would be a plus

·       Good knowledge of integration technologies (API, Informatica, TibCo, Layer7…) would help in the role

·       Experience in using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Xray)

·       Good knowledge of ServiceNow (Project Planning, APM…)

·       Knowledge of Sanofi core apps (Ishift,, Concur, eBuy, Flext, CREW….) and related processes.

·       Knowledge of Data related technologies (ex: SnowFlake, PowerBI)
