As the Conversation Rate Optimisation and Personalisation Manager for our marketing websites, you will be responsible for helping develop and manage an experimentation and personalisation program across Mable, HomeMade, and other Attain Healthtech businesses.
Working closely with marketing, CX designers and developers, you’ll understand customer needs and the different journeys they require, and develop personalised journeys and experiments that optimise those journeys. We’re looking for someone who can help champion best-practice digital experiences and personalisation, foster a culture of experimentation and manage a testing and personalisation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the CRO and website personalisation program across Mable and HomeMade websites.
- Develop and prioritise experimentation roadmaps to improve customer conversion and digital experience.
- Partner with marketing, product, engineering and website teams to execute A/B tests and personalisation initiatives.
- Develop a solid understanding of the overarching Attain Healthtech business strategy, and our customers’ needs, and identify and drive opportunities to test and implement these strategic initiatives online.
- Analyse performance data, report insights and implement successful test outcomes within the CMS.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, innovation and data-driven decision making.
- Act as the subject matter expert for experimentation and personalisation tools.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in CRO, website optimisation and/or personalisation programs.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Optimizely, VWO or AB Tasty.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, GA4 and website technologies.
- Experience collaborating with Growth, CRM, Product and Engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity, a fast-paced environment, and rapid business growth
- Passion for technology, customer experience and delivering meaningful impact.
