We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across programmatic display, paid search, and dynamic paid social channels. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for our company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across programmatic display, paid search, and dynamic paid social channels (e.g., Facebook Dynamic Product Ads).
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and creative development to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.) and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • A/B test different ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting capabilities related to campaign setup, targeting, and feed management for dynamic campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid media.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, product, CS) to ensure alignment and success of paid media efforts.

WHAT SKILL AND EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

  • 2+ years of experience in paid media advertising, with a strong focus on programmatic display, paid search, and dynamic social.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing high-volume paid media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of technical competency in PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising), DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A data-driven and results-oriented mindset.

  • Experience with dynamic feed optimization for social advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with programmatic buying and campaign management tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
