Andava Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a proactive, data-oriented professional to lead and manage strategic digital partnerships. In this role, you will build, track, and optimize relationships with publishers, bloggers and industry websites, ensuring all partnership activities are well-structured, measurable, and performance-driven.
Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with publishers, bloggers, influencers, and industry websites for link-building, guest posting, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a centralized database of partners, ensuring all data is accurate, structured, and up to date.
- Track, analyze, and report partnership performance: backlinks, domain authority, referral traffic, and overall ROI.
- Collaborate with SEO, PR, and Content teams to execute data-driven partnership strategies.
- Negotiate terms and maintain clear, professional communication with external partners.
- Research trends and competitor strategies to identify high-value partnership opportunities.
- Ensure all partnership activities are documented, optimized, and scalable.
- Use AI tools to support data analysis, reporting, and process efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in digital partnerships, SEO, or account/partnership management.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and link quality evaluation.
- Proven experience in database management, data tracking, and reporting (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, reporting, or workflow optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong analytical and numerical thinking, and a keen eye for accuracy and data quality.
- Strategic mindset, focusing on high-impact and measurable opportunities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Confident negotiator, able to secure fair and beneficial agreements.
- Comfortable using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz.
