Are you creative, communicative, and analytical-minded? Do you also have an interest in digital marketing?
We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Media Buyer to manage digital acquisition for key markets in Europe - and to help us to scale and diversify our online consumer panels.
You would be responsible for end-to-end digital media buying activities across key European markets, to meet various KPI’s set by the business. Prospecting new partner relationships while managing the performance and optimization of multiple digital media campaigns with a set budget, as well as being proactive in testing new advertising marketing trends to diversify our advertising channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
These include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management in the context of the role:
- Utilize full budget against KPI’s to onboard and manage digital lead generation / media buying activities. You’ll use a multi-channel acquisition model (includes but not limited to affiliate marketing, email marketing, display, SEM/SEO, social, content, Facebook, Google Ads, influencer agencies) to onboard new members into our online survey panels.
- Respond to campaign performance reports and execute on the analysis to ensure positive ROI. This includes negotiating performance-based media buys with prospective partners.
- Actively research and onboard new media suppliers, by building a portfolio of performance-based recruitment sources. This includes the negotiation of payout and engagement terms.
- Coordinate the media planning process to analyze new members’ performance and recruitment sources to bring in diversity, as well as excellent member quality and retention.
- Establish a report with our affiliate partners network to negotiate costs, out-of-the-box thinking to achieve advertising space at the right price.
- Creativity to bring in new ideas and interpretations to define content goals to maximize ad exposure and targeted audiences.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Negotiation, sales, purchasing and account management experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to think analytically.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team.
- Project management and online campaign management experience (or similar).
- Solid technical ability – comfortable with technology, ability to work across a variety of systems, extracting and manipulating data for reporting, analyzing data for trends, and pulling reports.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to perform basic modelling utilizing pivots tables and charts in Excel is highly regarded.
