Your dream job might be closer than you think as a Digital Marketing Strategist in our Manchester, NH office for our Retail Groups Division. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you’ll join a dynamic team as a key account management team member and will develop, implement, and monitor digital ad programs across various marketing channels for our largest members. You’ll be supporting our Members First Marketing which is the integrated, full-service design, marketing and advertising agency of CCA Global Partners. Our in-house team supports four international brands: Carpet One, Flooring America, Floor Trader and International Design Guild. We value connection and culture. Alongside great benefits and a collaborative, friendly work environment, CCA Global Partners offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and in the office from Tuesdays through Thursdays.
In this role, you will:

  • Set digital strategy in collaboration with the team, owning elements of planning and execution and developing comprehensive digital strategies based on campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients on all digital projects, serving as lead strategist and counsel.
  • Oversee digital marketing and media efforts including SEM, search, mobile, paid social, display, programmatic, and landing page development.
  • Work with brand, content, and development teams to create digital assets and campaigns.
  • Manage digital outreach programs and content optimizations to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Review and analyze traffic and site conversion reports in Google Analytics.
  • Manage member relationships and act as a secondary contact for marketing-related tasks.
  • Analyze reporting results to identify opportunities and strengths for campaign competitiveness and translate data-based findings into actionable insights.

Are you a match? We’re looking for someone with:

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven SEM experience. Experience working in a marketing agency is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics with experience building custom reports.
  • Knowledge of additional analytics tools a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Ads with experience implementing and optimizing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of additional advertising systems, DMPs, and/or DSPs is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data, compose reports, and identify trends.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with internal teams and clients.
