Overview
3Core Systems is seeking a
results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to grow and manage our
digital presence across web, search, social, and campaigns. The role combines
SEO, content, marketing automation, and analytics expertise to drive brand
visibility, lead generation, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO &
Website Optimization: Improve website search rankings and visibility through
keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and site performance
enhancements.
- Campaigns
& Landing Pages: Design and manage conversion-focused landing pages,
email campaigns, and automated lead-nurture journeys.
- Social
Media Management: Develop and execute a social media calendar; manage
posts across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube; grow
followers and engagement.
- Content
Development: Create and repurpose digital content such as blogs,
case studies, newsletters, and multimedia updates.
- Analytics
& Reporting: Track digital performance via Google Analytics and
social insights; present weekly KPI reports and recommend improvements.
- Digital
Advertising (Preferred): Plan and manage PPC and paid
social media campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Continuous
Improvement: Stay current with trends and recommend new strategies,
tools, and best practices to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 3+
years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven
SEO experience with measurable results.
- Strong
knowledge of WordPress CMS.
- Experience
with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot etc).
- Proficiency
in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics.
- Excellent
communication and content creation skills.
- B2B/IT
services marketing experience is a plus.
