We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is not only skilled in digital strategy and campaign execution but also hands-on with creative design and content production to join our client's team. As our client do not have an internal design team, this role will be critical in managing end-to-end digital marketing activities, from planning and content creation to design, publishing, and performance analysis.

Our client is a consultancy firm that provides tailored services to individuals and entities looking to relocate, invest, or grow their interests in Malta.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Design and produce creative assets for campaigns, including social media posts, email templates, presentations, and digital ads.
- Develop engaging content (copy, visuals, and basic video edits) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and ensure SEO/SEM best practices are applied.
- Oversee social media accounts, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence with solid understanding of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Ads.
- Track campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights. Ideal to have knowledge of GA4, SEMrush or any other tool.
- Stay updated on the latest digital trends, marketing tools, and design best practices.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with strong design skills.
- Experience with content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and major advertising platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to work independently.
- A creative eye with attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished, professional work.
EDUCATION
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
WORKING TIME
Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 till 17:30 with flexibility in starting time.
