As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will start on a comprehensive learning journey across various key digital marketing areas:

·  Campaign Management: Developing and managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. 

·       SEO Strategy Development: Implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings through keyword research, backlink strategies, and technical on-page optimizations. 

·       LLM SEO & AI-driven Search: Utilizing large language models (LLMs) and AI to reshape SEO, including AI-powered search algorithms, semantic search, and content generation for improved discoverability. 

·       GEO Targeting & Personalization: Applying geographic targeting and AI-based personalization to deliver relevant ads, content, and campaigns to users across different regions. 

·       Content Optimization: Collaborating with content creators to ensure all website content is fully optimized for both search engines and user engagement. 

·       Website Management: Support other team members in daily website operations, including updates, design modifications, and functionality enhancements.

·       Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and AI-powered dashboards to steer digital strategies. 

·       Creative Coordination: Assist in coordinating with creative teams to develop marketing materials that resonate with our target audiences.

·       Market Research: Participate in market research to understand trends, competitor strategies, audience preferences, and AI-driven insights.

·       Optimization: Continuous testing and optimization of ads, targeting, and AI models to boost campaign results and ROI.

·       Collaboration: Working closely with a diverse team of senior digital specialists, content creators, and marketing analysts.


Who Should Apply?

·       Individuals with· experience in interactive media, technology in marketing, and online advertising. 

·       Candidates familiar with MS Office, particularly those who can create PowerPoint presentations and manage Excel data.

·       Individuals capable of high-level information analysis.

·       Detail-oriented specialists with a proactive attitude toward solving complex digital challenges. .

·       Curious and detail-focused individuals who are enthusiastic about gaining new experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a media house or interactive agency (required), specifically in SEO or content marketing.

  • Educational background in marketing or digital marketing.

  • Fluency in English - written and spoken
